Clinic Environment
Location and Address We recently moved to a new office, about one mile west of our original location, on the same street (NE 8th St). We are currently located at the intersection of NE 8th street and 140th Avenue NE, across street from the Shell gas station on the south side of NE 8th St. The address is 14021 NE 8th Street, Suite B, Bellevue, WA 98007 Map and Driving Directions
From SR-520 west bound, take the 148th Ave NE exit, southbound. Drive along 148th Ave NE to the south until NE 8th St. Turn right onto NE 8th St, and drive west. Before reaching the traffic light at 140th Ave NE, turn left into the driveway that leads to a bigger parking lot. You will see the clinic building on your left as you enter the parking lot. From SR-520 east bound, take the 124th Ave NE exit, stay in the right lane for going straight, and follow 124th Ave NE until you reach NE 8th St (you will pass through a traffic light at Bel-Red Road). Turn left at NE 8th St and drive east. Right after passing through the traffic light at 140th Ave NE, turn right into the driveway that leads to a bigger parking lot. You will see the clinic building on your left as you enter the parking lot. Alternatively, if you are on I-405, you can take the NE 8th St exit eastbound, drive east on NE 8th St, pass the traffic light at 140th Ave NE, and turn right into the driveway that leads to a bigger parking lot. You will see the clinic building on your left as you enter the parking lot. Please note, you can only get into the parking lot from NE 8th Street. Also please don't park in the parking space in front of the very small office building next to the street.
